A memorable Lectures this year was from a visiting artist Phoebe Boswell. Her stories captured your imagination. Her work is skilled, beautiful and thought-provoking. Its clear her message of her personal story and her home culture is a very relevant topic for so many people globaly. Her lecture inspired me to want to be a better writer. Her stories were magical as were her short animation videos. How reading of these stories was a work of art itself. It really showed me the importance of being able to talk and write well about your practice and that being prepared is vital. I find her work very interesting, imediate and relevant.
